It provides an evaluation primarily based on self-declarations of the organization itself, without the need for concrete evidence or supporting documents. The Gap Analysis is a more in-depth and detailed process aimed at verifying and assessing the evidence of ESG practices stated in the Pre-Assessment. This involves the analysis of documents, processes, and other forms of evidence demonstrating the actual implementation of declared ESG practices, providing an assessment based on the verification of collected evidence and their conformity to standards and corporate performance. This process ensures a more accurate and reliable assessment of the sustainability status of organizations.
